Following the success of the first cake book this one was absolutely fascinating to write. It is simply amazing how cakes vary so widely throughout the world and my biggest problem was to remain open minded about all ingredients and the fascinating histories.
Although we list our cakes in 'seasonal ranges' they're available all year round, so if you fancy Christmas cake in March, or want some Traditional Simnal Easter cake in October, no problem!
